Meeting up with Soma (ID Nick) with mom & roy

Well, it was a mad friday night. We had confirmed Soma as our ID for our house and we were actually planning on sunday to go down to do the downpayment. My mom gave me good news asking whether can go down tonight and settle it. I had to talk to my sales manager and the meeting was to start at 2pm. I had to leave at 6pm. He just show his face and gave a nod. Soma said he was free after 7pm so i told roy to meet me there with my mom. Haha Roy was protesting that he didnt feel like going down, so asking him whether he wants to go down is useless. I just laugh at him. Haha. Well he have to sign the documents, so he must go down.
Told him i dont want my dad to change his mind later, as my dad have mood swings.
I sms Soma asking whether he ready to get our contract with him? Told him i want my final price to be 30K flat. He says need to talk to his boss and will let me know then. He thank us for the good news.

Had to rush down to meet my mom for a quick dinner and we couldnt find the dessert that Soma likes, we went to two dessert shop, both sold out on his favourite red bean soup. Just not his day to eat his favourite dessert. Haha.

It was quite a pleasant evening and i showed my mom around their showflat and she was quite impress with his design and saying she should design up her house instead of keeping everything simple. I nearly wanted to tell her, her ex ID is expensive and no freebies, but i kept my mouth shut. Haha She revealed to Soma my bad habits! Sob sob, now he knows them. Sob Sob. Not going to write here what are they, haha i just can jump down the building if i write out to public. Haha. For me to know and for you to find out. Hee hee

We had some small chat and mom helped to pay up in credit card to collect points. Soma gave us some books to look through and what colours we would like to see in the house. My mom likes the wood type of sample. I was freaking out as i want colours in my house. not any wood related. Haha. I gave roy his laminated flooring (enuff wood) and i dont really like to see much of wood again. Dont ask me why but i just try to avoid wood as much as possible.

We left quite early as mom complained she wants to go back early. Well, i sponsor on the taxi as she had been tired to travel up. Roy also complain he had to take taxi down here so i told him we will send him back from there easier for him, will make up to him for doing this for me.

We were suppose to drink the cham cham Soma saved for us! But mom was there and we couldnt stay longer. Haha. I guess Soma was tired also.

Later he revealed he didnt eat his dinner! I was feeling so bad as really wanted to get some dessert for him but just dont know what else he likes to buy for him. He says he is touched by our gesture and quite surprise my mom also can joke. Haha. Well still owe him his dessert treat.
Soma mentioned last night made his day special instead of everyday working as usual. I just happy that we could officially confirmed him and he can start the drawings and planning for our house to start end sept for the renovations. Hopefully we can get the keys and get the defects done up.


Today going out to meet roy to see what kind of colours that we want for the house and see what soma can come out with.
