Never Consider Future Homes EVER!

My hubby got a called last week in regard to our so called friday appointment with Future homes. When that idiot ID called saying we got an appoinment with him on last friday, my hubby was quite shocked as we dont remember arranging a time with them. He could even say our location wrongly and saying that our house is a low floor at woodlands or somewhere else then sengkang. Fine maybe there is another guy with the same name as my hubby, i dont really bother that much. MY hubby changed the appointment date to today (tuesday) at 7:30pm to 8pm.

On Sunday we went to IMM to shop and just wanted to pop by to that ID shop to see whether our quotation was ready to talk and maybe dont need to return on today (tuesday). But unfortunately he was attending a potential customer so we didnt want to wait and went to look for funitures instead. My hubby wanted to go home early to watch ET, so i also went home to have a short nap. Quite tiring weeks since we decided to book a unit at SK.

I rushed down in taxi since it was almost 7pm as i was busy clearing work since tomorrow is a holiday. And we only ate abit so we would not be late for the appointment. We waited and waited and even his colleagues called him and he didnt pick up his fone. I tried called 3 times but no response. We walked here and there, stand outside the shop and waited until 8:15pm and walked down to best denki to kill time while waiting. We walked one round and decided to go back up at 8:30pm, the shop already closed and no one around! Mad

Boy i am really very mad!

My hubby says lets just walked around and finding freaking excuses for him saying he might be with a customer n cannot even make a call away or something. I just boiling inside. I dont want to waste my time while i can be going to catch the fireworks tonight instead!!! I sms him saying that did he forget our appointment tonight?

at 8:49pm he sms back saying he forgotten our appointment and will arrange another day. Sorry.

I sms back scolding him off. But he didnt dare to reply back again.
I really not in a good mood as this is not a kind of service i expected from an ID. Even other IDs can remember all the details, and provide us with better service. There is so many IDs out there, not only one. This company and their related sister companies are cross out from my list.

Sorry for the long read tonight and just not happy with such service.
