Small Update on Future Home ID

Hmm, well today he finally sms me back on the reason that he was not available.

First SMS : I am sorry I forgot your appointment today. i have something on. Meeting now. I will call you again. Late sorry.

Second SMS which was about 4pm today : Hi. Sorry late reply I am replying your sms now.. inbetween nothing much.. was busy with my daughter.. Admit in hospital and care.. for pass few day.. can i show you her M.C to you? So which one shall i pick?

Ok. After reading that, i was like.. his england very good. Not saying mine is that good but i didnt really understand that.

Fishy number 1 :
Anyway, We saw him at his office on sunday. and he can tell us he was busy with his daughter for the past few days?

Fishy number 2.
Cant he just say in the first sms : Sorry my daughter in hospital, i totally forgot about the appointment? If he can tell me that in the beginning i will not be so mad. I will be able to understand his suitation but no, must say meeting. hmm fishy fishy..

Fishy number 3.
Which shall i pick? Is it pushing the blame on me that i got frustrated? I waited over 1 hr plus and even colleague dont know where he go, (i would say at least the colleague can inform me about it.) dont sound fishy? hmmm

OK, so I told him off we are not unreasonable but at least tell the reason in the first place, rather then saying he was in the meeting. Sheesh.

But over all my impression of that ID still in the benefit of doubts. I told him to call my husband mobile to arrange again. Why? See whether he can remember who he is dealing with rather then calling my hp! Logic? If he is sincerely remember who we are, he should be contacting my hubby not me.. but let just see what happens in next few days... ;) Will update again.

Well for me, he will be out out my list. I dont care what family problems he have as that is his personal matter. Even he can produce some good quotes for me, i cant even be bothered to ever let him handle my house. I dont want a person who have personal problem and dont know how to act professionally. Well some may not agree with my thinking and be kind towards him. Sorry this is not a charity work to compromise on my house renovations.
