Lighting Points + Cement Screeding Done

Monday I didnt have a good day as in the morning I had screwed up a delivery
The forwarder and I always try to plan properly but it just seems last min things goes wrong.
What a way to start a Monday, it was really a blue day.

Anyway, Soma was updating me that the HDB contractors didnt turn up to work and the HT office lady had called me to confirm on the schedule
While I had to call my PC (Daniel) to arrange with HT office lady on the schedule, I was thinking why I had become Soma cooridnator, anyway its a small matter so I just help to link them up. Soma told me why u need to be the coordnator? Its ur own aircon man mah. He cant stop laughing.. I wanted to box his ears already!! Nottie Soma :)

If I have a choice, I would ask him to use his aircon guy but since its my parents present to us, we have to listen to my parents on their choice on aircon. My dad did say its up to us, but mom insist this hongtar guy. So I dont want to say anything else.

The aircon that we got is Mitsubishi Inverter 3
MXY3A28/MSXYGA10X3 1/2 thick thermaflex insulation for indoor unit and Allfex black rubber insulation for outdoor unit.
Sorry i dont know much as this is stated in the invoice. Mostly my parents handle for my aircon.. so.. hope its ok..

I managed to get approval from my big boss to go on 1/2 day urgent leave to settle the lighting point area

This morning had to travel from clementi to SK from 8am to 9:50am then reach my place. Thank God for my mini mp3 player that roy got for me if not I will be so bored to death. I managed to reach before the boss electrican man came down. We managed to confirmed the points and work just continued on.

I stay around to take some pictures and one of the electrican boy thought why there was electrical sparks around. I just laugh. Quite a cutie guy (i think 20s) hahaha. Soma told me that boy is good in what he does. Lucky hubby not there to see me drool... hahahahahhaa roy going to spank me on that liao

Was watching the workers doing the cement screeding and they mixing the sand and cement and spraying the water around. They were quite good at what they do, so it was quite interesting to watch them for awhile.

Daniel had pop over to check up on the lighting points and we had some small chat.
I told him the door problem (picture provide later) and he says its common and might have some minor damage and the "SK" mask had fallen off. I just laugh and ask him whether can do anything, he says u are the boss, can he say no? :)

He also update me that tomorrow the aircon guys will come to do the trunking and the false ceilings can go up already. He also says despite the cement screeding didnt turn up yesterday, at least all the lighting points are done up all this morning. The toilet accessories and bowls can be delivered later as he is scared it might get lost. One thing good for owners, the workers dont get to used the toilets :P hee hee but bad for workers as they have to walk funny to the nearest toilet which is quite far from my block.. He even showed me how they walked.. I laugh my head off..
I guess sometimes things happen, there is always a blessing behind. :)

Soma had arranged for us to do the material selection on thurdays night. So I think I will update then. Will upload the photos tonight.
