Homo Tiles Day~ 050806 - City Design ID 3rd Meeting

Wonder why i would declare that? I was thinking hard on whether i want all homo tiles or some ' rooms laminated flooring.. so homo tiles are on my mind until i can reply roy, "HOMO TILES!"
he got a shocked of his life.. then he cant stop teasing me about me.. I guess i dont mind some homo tiles and some laminated flooring. i guess i still have some time to think on the flooring and see how things goes..

City Design Meeting up - 3rd Time
At first we went through the quotation and it was quite ok, but when we saw the final price we were shocked.. it went up to 32K as they really added alot of carpentry works. Wow, i find it off my budget as i didnt want to spend so much on the basic renovation, we cant forget there are other small mini things we have to get also. I was quite disappointed with them as they keep pushing for us to put 500 bucks down now to get the prospective drawing done. They managed to cut down to around 25K but i still didnt like it very much on their designs. Nothing very unique compared to orange cube. At least i find orange cube give us nice ideas even without needing to push on the prospective drawings. Maybe that is one point i do like the ID very much. Well city design will be last in the considerations. Not that i dislike them but their ideas dont interest me very much. Roy told me to shut up as not to comments on the drawings as his idea is to get the quotations and leave the place. He dont want to linger around. So i just dont want to comment and let him deal with them. Haha now he knows its a tough job!! hee hee..

Tomorrow will head to IMM to check on the funitures and get the pricing and see what we want for our house.
