Letter of Appointment - Owe Money Pay Money

Haha, Roy was right that we will receive the letter on tuesday. Well we got a big envelope. Its the official letter that we can collect keys! Yippee! Waiting so long to see this. Finally main 7th month is over and we can go and open our house. I wanted to change the date to next week 8th but sadly no schedule for it. But anyway, we just leave it as 12th Sept as our collection key day.

I have arrange to meet up Soma to help us to check on the defects. He is really sweet to willingly help us on this. My friend asked whether ID go down like that need to pay extra. My reply to her was i dont think so as its their service but i double confirm with soma, he says just give him his favourite red bean soup. lol. I think i can bring a basket full of food n drinks while we are there. Soma still had not pop the cham cham yet. Maybe cham cham is already in his colleagues' tummy.

Why my title is owe money pay money? Roy's joke when he flash the money calculation from HDB. We have to go and take a loan from HDB and pay up all the necessary fees to exchange keys for our house. Sounds like loan sharks! Big Jaws just taking our cpf away! lol

Soma update us most likely to see the prospective drawings on the 12th Sept 2006. Need to give him time to work on them. I cant wait to see them. Left arm still hurts quite bad. Need to rest.
