Material Selection with ID

We reaching to the middle of the renovations and things are considered progressing smoothly.

Didnt have a good thursday as work is getting draggy. I guess when its the last month of the contract, i tend to let loose abit more :P Well at least i will have time to clean my house at beginning of dec and get ready for ROM. Taking things at the step at the time for now.

Managed to escape from meeting, but at the cost of my manager black face. anyway, i didnt have mood to be in there because i have no idea what they had been talking about. Anyway, I had to rush down all the way Soma office, my pocket big big hole already.. :(

Reach there about 7:30pm, Soma and Roy were talking about the masterbedroom bedframe and the sample and we might have to go n change our type of bedframe. Maybe will go down to Jacky (Bedding Saloon) to check the frame out again. Roy says just to call but i rather look at what Jacky can give me and what type of pattern (am abit fussy on that)

I brought some some curry puff and we sit there eating and talking. Its quite a fun progress as we keep looking at the laminated book and paint colours and joking inbetween. Roy was choosing more blues then ever and i didnt really want all blue tones.. Both of them gang up to give me all the blue laminates and paint and make me want to spank them. Even the doors also want blue.. *pengz* End up there is a good mixtures of colours, but cant remember half of the colours hahahaha *phew*

After the finalizing the paint colours, we went on to the final prospective drawings. Soma told us to go back and look into them and get back to him asap. Homework from ID :~(

We end up talking until almost 11pm to finalise most of the stuff. We were really tired.. Soma brought out beer and both men started to drink and chat chat. We were exchanging some songs on the bluetooth. It was really a nice chit chat session until 12 plus.

Before we ended the whole session, we talked about the veerner doors. Haha hard time to do selection. Will KIV on the doors for now. *deep thoughts*

Friday, it had been tough time as really hardly sleeping the night before. At least managed to pass through the day quite fast. Only during the staff monthly meeting was not an easy time for me, manager hinted that i am leaving end of the month so i am not to get involved with the votes for activites and just sit there and do nothing.

Didnt feel good overall, and talk to Soma about it. Haha I feel paiseh sometimes to disturb him so much. He advise me and we talked things through about door and other stuff too.. He give me a really sweet surprise, the final colours n material selection of my living room!I was really speechless. I know he had been running around as PC (Daniel) needed to look after his sick daughter and Soma had to run to many job sites today.. It made my day. Really very touched he did it for us, I nearly drip tears of joy. After having a bad stormy day, its really like a rainbow in the sky.. It felt good and i am pleased with the final results. I cant wait to see the actual thing on site.
